Positive Intelligence "PQ"Progam

What is the Positive Intelligence (PQ) 7-Week Program?

The Positive Intelligence (PQ) 7-Week Program is a powerful mental fitness training designed to help you take charge of your inner world. In this program, you’ll learn how to quiet your inner critic (the “Saboteurs”) and strengthen your “Sage” powers—the part of you that brings clarity, empathy, creativity, and calm to any challenge.

What You Can Expect

 Through a blend of weekly video sessions, daily app-guided practice, and group support, you’ll build lasting new neural pathways that shift you out of self-sabotage and into a mindset of resilience and positivity.  By the end of the 7 weeks, you will:


  • Recognize and intercept the voices of self-doubt, stress, and negativity.
  • Strengthen your ability to respond with wisdom, compassion, and confidence.
  • Build mental fitness habits that improve performance, relationships, and well-being.

What is the Saboteur Assessment?

The Saboteur Assessment is an online tool that helps you identify the automatic negative thought patterns in your mind that hold you back from reaching your full potential. These inner “saboteurs” were originally survival mechanisms, but in adult life they cause stress, self-doubt, procrastination, conflict, and unhappiness.


The assessment reveals:


  • Your Judge – the master saboteur that constantly criticizes you, others, or circumstances.
     
  • Your Top Accomplice Saboteurs – patterns such as the Pleaser, Controller, Avoider, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Restless, Stickler, or Victim.
     
  • Your Unique Saboteur Profile – a ranking of which saboteurs are most active in your life.
